About the Owner
Auto Charge Electric, Inc. is owned and managed by Len and Jacqueline Bourcy. Len has over 15 years experience in the electrical field.
Len's experience started in the SF Peninsula where he spent 5 years of school in the Electrical Union Local 617 apprenticeship program. Over a 7 year time span Len managed electrical jobs on industrial properties such as the Rosewood Sandhill in Palo Alto, the Stanford Linear Accelerator, Genentech and Applied Bio Systems and he instructed an OSHA Certification Program (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
After moving to Marin in 2008, Len was the maintenance electrician and then Senior Electrician for the County of Marin where he was responsible for the electrical maintenance of the County Jail, the design and installation of E.V. charging stations, advanced troubleshooting for backup generators, circuitry, lighting and controls.
Over the past decade, Len has gained useful insight and experience working with PG&E and local cities pulling permits for both small and large scale projects.
